

The SCMS Cochin School of Business Admission is now open for the 34th batch (2025-27) for a two-year full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM). It has an annual intake of 120 students. Furthermore, candidates are also offered a 4-year (full-time/part-time) Fellowship Program in Management. The college tries to upgrade its programs following the changes in the industry and make sure that the students have a solid foundation in business fundamentals, opportunities for specialisations, and are job-ready.
Students in the PGDM programme can choose from 8 electives, which are major electives, and 4 electives from minor electives. Additionally, the elective courses are from different domains, such as marketing, finance, operations management, human resources, international business, and business analytics. The full-time PGDM program has 6 trimesters, and the annual tuition fee is INR 1,32,500. Hostel and Mess Fee together will cost around INR 8000 per month. Whereas the course fee for the FPM program is INR 1 lakh per annum, and the fee can be paid in one go or two instalments every year.

The college provides a PGDM course and a Fellowship Program in Management, and the eligibility criteria for these programs are:
For the PGDM course, graduates from any discipline with at least 50% marks can apply for admission. Final year students are also eligible to apply, provided they score the required marks.
Furthermore, graduates should also have a score from one of the following entrance exams, such as ATMA, CAT, CMAT, XAT, MAT, and KMAT (Kerala).
Along with this, candidates will also require a valid Group Discussion and Personal Interview Score.
Candidates applying for the Fellowship programs need to have a postgraduate degree in Engineering & Technology, Management, Economics, Social Science, Biological Science, Pure Science, Commerce, and Humanities, with a CGPA of 6.0 or 60% marks, shall be considered for admission.
Candidates belonging to the SC/ST/ OBC-NC/ Differently Abled Persons will be given 5% relaxation in marks. Additionally, candidates with qualifications such as C.A., ICWA, and C.S. with 50% marks are also considered.
For the fellowship program, candidates also need to provide an abstract of 5000 words based on their research topic.
SCMS Cochin School of Business provides a post-graduate diploma in management, where students learn about the core disciplines such as finance, marketing, operations, human resources, and Business Analytics. During the second year, students can choose between the major and minor options, where they can select 8 electives from the Major domain and 4 from the secondary domain. The other path is the Cross-Domain Flexibility, where they can opt for 12 electives across different domains.
Candidates who want to apply for this course must have graduated with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognised university. For the Fellowship program in management, candidates need to have a postgraduate degree in subjects such as Engineering and Technology/ Management/ Economics/ Social Science/ Biological Science/ Pure Science/ Commerce/ Humanities, with a minimum CGPA of 6.0 or 60% marks. Furthermore, candidates with professional qualifications of C.A., ICWA, and C.S. with a minimum of 50% marks will also be considered as applicants for the course. Additionally, candidates also need to submit an abstract of 5000 words related to their research topic.
