The Training and Placement Cell of the institute is responsible for managing the entire campus placement process for students from Engineering, Architecture, and Pharmacy. The T&P Cell works as a bridge between students and visiting companies, ensuring that the whole process runs smoothly. It provides full support to the recruiters at every stage, from the time they arrive on campus until the final selection of students. The Cell makes all the necessary arrangements according to the requirements of the recruiters. These include organising pre-placement talks, where companies give detailed information about their work culture, job roles, and career growth opportunities to the students. Additionally, it sets up various skill tests to evaluate students' technical and aptitude knowledge, and then it conducts interviews to improve their professional, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Moreover, Group discussions are also used to determine students' confidence, teamwork, and decision-making skills.
The placement cell ensures that companies hiring during the placement drive get the right talent for their companies. However, the cell also assists its students in getting hired in an appropriate workplace. The main goal of the placement cell is to reduce the gap between students and industry.
