Training & Placement (T&P) Cell is one of the most crucial sections of our institution, and it is concerned with training students to set up successful careers in the current fast-growing technology-based industries. It provides a transition to academic and professional life that assures the students that they are not thrown out of their comfort zone into professional life without the necessary skills and exposure to the industry expectations.
T&P Cell will assume responsibility for all activities related to placement, particularly final-year students. It also arranges campus recruitment campaigns, links students to prospective employers and offers mentoring and grooming programs so that they can project themselves with confidence.
The cell provides special training programs based on the current market requirements to equip students with the real industry requirements. These are the development of soft skills, personality building, aptitude training tests, practice in group discussions, mock interviews and resume building training. All in all, the T&P Cell will enable the students to enter the job market with confidence, clarity, and competence.
