The undergraduate admissions at RVS College of Engineering and Technology have officially started for the academic year 2026-27. The college offers various UG courses, such as B.Tech in different specialisations, such as Civil Engineering, CSE, EEE, ECE, ME, etc. Other UG programs include BBA and BCA. The college offers BTech in five majors, such as Computer Science and Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electrical and Communication Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. To be eligible for admission, applicants must have passed Class 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and have attained at least 45% marks (40% marks in the case of the reserved categories). Admission is done through merit and JCECE counselling. The fee structure for the B.Tech program will lie between INR 1,11,200 and INR 1,21,600, varies on the specialisation. 

RVS College of Engineering and Technology offers PG programs, such as M.Tech and MCA, and admission to these programs is open now. The candidates who are eligible can apply. For admission, candidates should possess an undergraduate degree (B.Tech) with a minimum qualification percentage according to AICTE standards. The MCA is offered in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, Data Science and Internet of Things. Admission and selections will be based on merit. The MCA program also focuses on higher-order computing skills, software development and IT, which prepare students to work in technologically oriented industries. The fee for the MCA program is INR 89,400 per year. Those candidates who are interested can register themselves under this program, as the college has 60 seats.

RVS College of Engineering and Technology (RVSCET), Jamshedpur, offers Diploma admissions for the academic year 2026 in various engineering disciplines aimed at equipping students with practical and industry-relevant skills. There are four diploma programs available, each with 60 seats. The diploma program is of three years, and candidates who want to pursue diploma courses must pass their 10th (Matriculation) from a recognised board with English as a compulsory subject. Admission is generally based on merit. The annual fee is INR 56,400 for the Diploma programs across all the specialisations available. The admission for the diploma programs is currently ongoing.
