The Career Development and Placement Cell (CDPC) at Ramdeobaba University (RBU) helps students get ready for jobs. It connects students with companies and gives them the training they need to do well in their careers. CDPC offers career guidance, skill development workshops, and training in both technical and soft skills. It also helps students write better resumes and prepare for interviews. Students take tests to check their skills, and if there are any weak areas, they get special training to improve.

CDPC also helps students get internships and supports them through every step of the placement process.
