At Rai University, the placement process is both organized along with an emphasis on industry-specific education. This starts with identifying prospective employers and working with employers to gather job descriptions and corresponding wage rates. After this, the placement office will send opportunities to department coordinators, but only for students who have been determined as eligible/qualified and that have expressed interest in each job. After this, pre-placement sessions will be held to introduce students to employers’ requirements.
From there, students participate in multiple evaluations including aptitude tests, group interviews and individual interviews. The university offers numerous training sessions, which include resume building, practice interviews and developing communication skills. After candidates have been chosen by an employer, they will be sent an offer letter.
