Eligibility criteria for admission to various programs in Omkarananda Institute of Management & Technology differ from each other.

Omkarananda Institute of Management & Technology offers a scholarship to bright students who score exceptionally well in the qualifying exams. Swami Omkarananda Saraswati Meritorious Student Scholarships are given to students of both undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Students who score 90.1% - 95% marks in any qualifying examination would get 50% off on their first year tuition fee. 

There are 10 scholarships available of this nature. Students who score above 95% marks would get 100% of their first-year tuition fee waived off. These scholarships are given on a first-come, first-served basis, and students will be required to produce the marksheet of their qualifying examinations. Students who score above 80% will get INR 5000 off in their fee.

Students who participated in sports at the national level receive a 50% fee concession on their first year tuition fee; students who participate in sports activities at the state or district level will get a 30% fee concession on their first year tuition fee. There is a special fee concession of 25% in the first year of tuition fee to students who come under the School Under Swami Omkarananda Saraswati Charitable Trust.
