NIT Patna is a much-coveted engineering college with its head held high for the quality of education imparted, good faculty, and placement records. Modern amenities like labs and smart classrooms are available at the institute. The placement percentage is high, with the likes of Microsoft, Amazon, and Tata Steel coming for recruitment. The hostels, sports facilities, and ambiance around the campus are not very bad, although there is still some scope for enhancement. Being located in Patna, exposure to industries is decent. The academics and research opportunities render it a great choice for an engineering aspirant.
Place: Placement is rather good; even though mechanical students face some happenings lately in placements, many find themselves placed.
Faculty: Have been generally said to be good and praiseworthy with their expertise.
Infrastructure: Mixed reviews from both ends, good and average.
Campus Life: The overall environment of the campus and location near the Ganges river received appreciation.
Ranking: NIT Patna is a star among the top engineering colleges in India and boasts of being part of the NIRF rankings as well.
