NIT Arunachal Pradesh has a dedicated Training and Placement Cell that helps students connect with top companies for internships and Job opportunities. The institute follows a clear and organised process to facilitate placements for its students. NIT Arunachal Pradesh follows a placement procedure in various steps.
1. Invitation to Companies: The placement office sends invitations to the companies along with UG and PG brochures through email.
2. Response from Companies: Interested companies reply and contact the Training & Placement Cell of NITAP.
3. Notification to Students: Companies fill out a Job Notification Form (JNF) with job details, which is shared with students so that they can check eligibility and apply.
4. Pre-Placement Talk & Selection Process: Before the placement process, companies give a pre-placement talk (PPT). The Training and Placement Cell provides equipment like laptops or projectors if needed. After the talk, the company begins its selection process.
5. Results and Offer Letters: After the application deadline, student applications are sent to the company. The company then sends a list of shortlisted candidates for tests, interviews, or group discussions. Offer letters are given within the set time.
