NICMAR University Courses & Fees 2026
NICMAR University offers several courses at undergraduate, postgraduate, postgraduate diploma, and doctoral levels. These courses include BBA, BBA (Hons), Integrated MBA, MBA, B.Arch, B.Tech in Civil Engineering, PG Diploma, etc. Students who are applying for any of these courses can fill out the online application form available on the website.
Along with filling out the online application form, students need to upload the required documents. They also need to pay an application fee of INR 1000 for the UG programs and INR 2,500 for the PG programs. Currently, students who have applied for the PG programs are being called for the PG-NCAT (NICMAR Common Admission Test) and personal interviews. NICMAR University Pune will declare admission results on 3rd February 2026, and classes will begin from 6th July 2026.

NICMAR University PG Courses with Fee Structure 2026
NICMAR University Pune offers MBA, M.Plan, and M.Tech in Construction Technology & Management. All the courses are of two years. Candidates who want to get admission into any of these courses need to appear for PG-NCAT, which is essential for admission into the MBA and PG Diploma courses.
Additionally, students also need valid entrance exam scores in the CUET PG, MH-CET, CAT, XAT, and others will be considered for MBA & PG Diploma programs. NICMAR University PG Diploma Courses with Fee Structure 2026
NICMAR University Pune provides PG Diploma programs in three different specialisations, such as PG Diploma in Asset & Facilities Management. It is a one-year course that teaches students about facility management, property operations, infrastructure maintenance, and sustainability compliance.
Second is the PG Diploma in Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) Management. It is a one-year course through which students gain knowledge about concrete technology, RMC plant systems, quality and safety, production planning, and more.
The third is a PG Diploma in Quantity Surveying and Contract Management. The program allows students to understand Quantity Surveying, Estimation Procurement, and Contract Management.
