The university offers scholarships to all its eligible students under certain scholarship criteria; these scholarships provide financial support to the students for their support throughout the academic year. The MIT World Peace University offers more than 25000+ scholarships to its meritorious students with over INR 50 CR in financial support to its students till now.
However, these scholarships are based on certain criteria, as the students' academic performance should be at a higher level during the academic year. Along with the scholarship, they were proposed under National, state-level, and internal tests conducted by the MIT-WPU for the ongoing academic year. The university provides six different types of scholarships to all its students, which are detailed below.
Dr Vishwanath Kard scholarship
This scholarship provides a 100% fee waiver to the students during their entire duration of any program, and also the 5% is applicable for the total student intake.
MIT- WPU Merit Scholarship I
Under merit scholarship, I, which is offered by the university, provides a 50% fee waiver in total academic fee for the entire duration, which is upto 12% of the total students intake.
MIT-WPU Merit Scholarship II
The MIT merit scholarship II provides a 25% fee waiver in total academic fees for the entire duration of the program, which is a total of 12% of total students.

Scholarship for elite sportsperson
The university provides scholarships to all its deserving sports persons, which are based on their participation in events held nationally and internationally or any other events related to sports. The scholarship is based on the four different levels as West Zone, All India, national, and International, which provide students a upto 100% fee waiver in their academic year. Honourable Shri TN Seshan Scholarship
The university offers a special scholarship with the name of Hon shri TN Seshan Scholarship provided to the School of Government. However, the scholarship comes under certain conditions as the candidate must be a public servant and have a minimum of 5 years of experience, which provides a 15% of the waiver in fees.
International Scholarship
The scholarship is offered to all the candidates who belong to CIWGC, OCI, CIWSEA and foreign students. Under this scholarship, the candidate has been provided a 50% domestic fee waiver by the university.
