Kedarnath Aggarwal Institute of Management fee structure for the academic year 2025-26 is affordable and student-friendly. The total fee for the first year of the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program is INR 90,000 which includes tuition fees, university charges, boys’ funds, and other necessary facility charges. Students are required to pay INR 50,000 for odd semesters (1st and 3rd) and INR 40,000 for even semesters (2nd and 4th). At time of admission, a one-time registration fee of INR 35,000 also needs to be submitted, which is later adjusted in the semester fees that reduces the financial burden from the students.
For Undergraduate courses, the Bachelor of Computer Application (BBA) course has a first-year fee of INR 60,000. For odd semesters, the fee is INR 34,000, and for even semesters, it is INR 26,000. A registration fee of INR 34,000 is charged at the time of admission, which is also adjusted later in semester payments. The BBA program follows a similar fee pattern, with a first-year fee of INR 55,000, INR 31,000 for odd semesters and INR 24,000 for even semesters. The registration fee for BBA is also INR 34,000. These program admissions need to qualify 10+2 or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with required marks from a recognised board.
Hostel facilities are available in the institute, which costs INR 50,000 per year, that includes mess services provided under a cooperative system, that offers healthy and hygienic food options.. The institute also offers fee concessions to help students. KAIM alumni who take admission in the MBA get an INR 5,000 discount each year. In addition to this, students who scored 95% or more in their 12th or graduation exams get a one-time rebate of INR 5,000 at the time of admission.
