Kedarnath Aggarwal Institute of Management (KAIM) was established in 1995 by the KAIM Trust, founded by freedom fighter and former Member of Parliament, Late Shri Ram Krishan Gupta. The institute is affiliated with Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU), Rohtak, and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The institute is also recognised by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
KAIM offers a wide range of courses in management and computer applications at both UG and PG levels, such as BBA, BCA, and MBA. At the undergraduate level, KAIM offers BBA & BCA programs, and the MBA programme is covered under the postgraduate program. The total duration of the BBA, MBA, and BCA programs ranges from 2 to 3 years.

KAIM Admission is now open for various undergraduate and postgraduate programs for the 2025-26 session. The institute offers admission in BBA, BCA, and MBA programs with MBA specialisations in Finance, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Operations, and International Business. The last date to apply for the courses offered at KAIM is August 2025 (Tentative). For BBA and BCA, students must have completed 10+2 with at least 45% marks, while MBA applicants need a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for reserved categories). Students who wish to join Kedarnath Aggarwal Institute of Management need to fulfil certain academic requirements based on the course they choose. Below are the detailed eligibility conditions for each program in simple terms.
Students must have passed 10+2 in any stream from a recognised board (CBSE, Haryana Board, or equivalent) with at least 45% marks for BBA and BCA admission.
Candidates with a three-year diploma from the State Board of Technical Education, Haryana, with a minimum of 45% marks are also eligible.
For lateral entry into BBA (10% of seats), applicants must hold a diploma in Business Management or an equivalent course with at least 45% marks.
