Students who want to get admission into Kanpur Institute of Technology should make sure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria given below:

Candidates who want to get admission into the B.Tech course should have passed class 12th with a minimum of 45% marks (40% marks for reserved category) in compulsory subjects like Physics and Mathematics, and other optional subjects.
Students who want to get admission into the B.Tech course through lateral entry should have passed 3 years of Engineering Diploma in any branch except Agriculture, Pharmacy, and Architecture. Applicants who want to get admission into the MBA course should have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for the reserved category) in the relevant stream.
