They must satisfy the conditions stipulated by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra, to be eligible to take admission to the B.Tech programs at the institute. In the case of the first-year B.Tech, the candidate should have taken a Class 12 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as mandatory subjects with one of the following: Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Technical Vocational subjects, or Computer Science.
