JIMS Kalkaji admissions for the academic year 2025-27 are open now. The institute offers PGDM and PGDM in International Business (IB). To apply for the PGDM program, students must have at least 50% marks in graduation in any discipline, along with a valid score in entrance exams like CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, ATMA. Students appearing in the final year of the graduate degree programme can also apply for the PGDM program. The total intake of the PGDM and PGDM (IB) is 120 and 60 seats, respectively. Students are required to go through the three-stage system, which includes the Aptitude Test (CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT/ATMA), Written Test, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview.
There are two ways to apply. One is to visit the campus and buy the form by paying INR 1200 in cash, or apply online through the official website. JIMS Kalkaji provides two postgraduate programs in management – PGDM and PGDM in International Business (IB). Both programs are approved by AICTE, accredited by NBA, and considered MBA equivalent by AIU. The PGDM course has 120 seats, and the PGDM-IB course offers 60 seats. Applicants must have completed graduation in any stream with at least 50% marks. Final-year students are also allowed to apply but must submit their final mark sheet by October 2025.
Admission is based on national-level entrance exams like CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, or ATMA. A minimum score of 500 in any of these exams is needed to apply. The selection process includes a written test, group discussion (GD), and personal interview (PI) to assess the candidate’s overall suitability for the course.
JIMS Kalkaji has a strong placement system that helps students get good jobs in top companies. The Career Management Cell, managed by students with expert guidance, takes care of the full placement process. It starts with inviting companies, followed by pre-placement talks, aptitude tests, group discussions, and personal interviews. The institute supports students at every step and ensures smooth coordination.

Students also take part in an 8-week summer internship in sectors like BFSI, Consulting, FMCG, Analytics, and IT, where they get hands-on work experience. The highest internship stipend offered was INR 25,000, and the average stipend offered was INR 15,000.
JIMS Kalkaji gives scholarships to students for the 2025–27 batch based on their marks and entrance exam scores. If a student has 60% marks in Class 10, 12, or graduation, a MAT/CAT/CMAT score of 700 or 75–80 percentile, and a GD/PI score of 65, they receive a 10% scholarship for the PGDM program. Students with better scores can get 20%, 25%, or even 50% scholarships depending on their entrance exam marks, school/college marks, and GD/PI performance. JIMS students with valid exam scores like CAT, MAT, CMAT, etc., can also get fee waivers up to INR 1.5 lakh.
There are more scholarships for special cases. Children of martyrs get INR 50,000 off per year, and siblings studying together can get up to 10% off (with proof). Students from the EWS category get 25% off on tuition fees if they submit income proof. If someone cancels admission, they get a refund as per the rules, but no refund is given after classes begin.
