JIMS Rohini’s placement is handled largely by the Corporate Resource Management Centre (CRMC), and it serves as a bridge between the students and their dream careers. JIMS Rohini’s placement cell is committed to ensuring that every eligible student finds their rightful place in today's competitive job market. CRMC helps students get their preferred job in top companies. JIMS Rohini has a dedicated placement group, known as the Student Placement Committee (SPC), that works with CRMC and trains students in communication skills, resume building, and interview preparation. Many well-known companies visit the campus every year to recruit talented graduates.
In 2025, top recruiters include Bank of America, Rediff, 99 Acres, Foodpanda, Hitachi, Indusland, BYJU’s, Acuity, Vivo, HCL, Yes Bank, Reliance Retail, CEAT, gsk, ITC, TCS, CCD, Vodafone, KPMG, Airtel, Vodafone, Deloitte, Hershey, Amul, etc. The highest package offered this year was around INR 24 LPA, while the JIMS Rohini MBA average package was INR 8.6 LPA, which is great for fresh graduates entering the job market.
