Before admission to any of the programmes at Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS) Rohini, candidates are required to meet the eligibility criteria, which are as follows. 

• Eligibility Criteria for PGDM Programme: Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree under the 10+2+3 pattern from a well-recognised educational institution with a minimum of 50% marks. Students who are in the final year of graduation are also eligible to apply. Candidates must have a valid score in national-level entrance exams like CAT, XAT, CMAT, or GMAT.

• Eligibility Criteria for FPM Programme: Candidates must have a Master’s degree completed from a UGC-approved institution in different areas like Management, Engineering and Technology, Economics, Social Sciences, Sciences, Commerce or Humanities with first-class marks. Students appearing in the final year examination can also apply and they will be admitted provisionally. They must complete their Master’s degree requirements by 30 September of the admission year. The final-year mark sheet must be submitted by 31 December.

JIMS Rohini offers a Merit-cum-Means Scholarship to assist students in their higher education. Students who are enrolled in the PGDM, PGDM-International Business and PGDM-Retail Management programmes can avail this scholarship scheme. The scholarship is available for the 2027-2029 batch and is offered based on entrance exam scores, academic performance and financial need. Students can avail only one scholarship at a time and to continue to receive the scholarship, applicants must have scored 60% in past academics, maintain 65% aggregate marks in each trimester, have no back papers and maintain 75% attendance.
