Below are some of the points related to the ITM Vocational University Vadodara Placement process:
The Placement Cell welcomes various institutions for placement drives held throughout the year.
Prospective industries and recruiters can also contact the Placement Cell if they want to be a part of the placement drive.
After the companies confirm being a part of the placement drive, the pre-placement talks happen. The Companies then conduct tests or group discussions to shortlist eligible candidates.
Shortlisted candidates have to appear for an interview process for the final selection, followed by the company.
Students will be removed from the placement drive if they reject the offer letter provided by a company at any time during the year.
Students who get selected through campus interviews will finish all the necessary formalities, such as medical tests, document verification, and submission within the given time frame.
The training and placement department organises training sessions and mock interviews to prepare the students so that they can become successful during the placement interviews. However, students who want to become a part of the placement drive need to have a minimum of 75% attendance.
While appearing at the placement drive, students need to maintain discipline and proper behaviour. If they don’t maintain discipline, they will be disqualified from the process.
If the student is selected and issued an appointment letter/offer letter by the company, they must join that company. If the student refuses to join the company they are selected in, they will not be given a second chance to appear in the placement drive.
