Ishan Institute of Law admissions are provided to the students in the department of Law at the Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Integrated Courses, including LLB, LLM and BA LLB. Students must hold a relevant degree or previous qualification as required for admission to the course level, with the minimum passing scores and all the necessary documents.
The Ishan Institute of Law offers different specialisations at its different levels in the UG, PG and Integrated programs, such as Civil Law, Constitutional Law, Business Law, Corporate Law and more, within the course duration of 2 years to 5 years. For the LLM course, students are also required to appear for the entrance examination conducted by the CCS University.

Ishan Institute of Law admission standards for the selection of students vary according to the course level. Students who are looking for admission to the UG course (LLB) program must have a bachelor’s degree in any subject area with a minimum of 40% to 45%, that differs as per the students' category, such as for the general category students the minimum eligibility criteria is set at 45% marks, however for the OBC category candidates, the applications are accepted with 42.8% and for the SC and ST category, students the minimum passing score for admission is 40%.
For admission to the Master’s degree course, students should have an LLB or BA LLB degree with a minimum aggregate of 55% from a recognised university or institute. Similarly, for admission to the BA LLB program, students must have a minimum passing score of 40% to 45% in Class 12th in any field from a recognised board, depending on the category of the applicant.
