Ishan Institute of Law admissions are provided to the students at the UG and PG levels, along with an integrated program in the Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law (BA.LLB) with different specialisations and majors for the academic session 2025-26. The majors provided by the Ishan Institute of Law are Constitutional Law, Business Law, Civil Law, Criminal Law and Corporate Law, among others, with the academic fee of INR 40,000 to INR 50,000 per year for the academic session 2025-26.

Ishan Institute of Law Eligibility Criteria
Ishan Institute of Law eligibility criteria vary as per the course levels that include the UG, PG and Integrated programs.
For the LLB program, the candidate must have an undergraduate degree in any subject area with a minimum qualifying score 45% in any discipline for the general category admission. However, for the OBC category applicants, the minimum score set by the institute for admission is 42.8% and for the SC and ST candidates, the minimum marks required are 40% at the bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
For the LLM course, it is accepted from the candidates that they either have an LLB or BA LLB degree with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognised university.
To secure admission to integrated courses (BA LLB), students are required to have passed Class 12th with a minimum of 45% for general category students, 42.8% for OBC category candidates and 40% for SC and ST candidates from a recognised board.

Ishan Institute of Law LLB course is a 3-year program offering Constitutional Law, Civil Law, Criminal Law and Corporate Law. For securing seats at the Ishan Institute of Law, candidates must have an undergraduate-level degree of a minimum of 3 years in any subject area from a recognised university or institute with a minimum qualifying score of 40% to 45%, depending on the students’ category.
The academic fee for the batch 2025-26 for the LLB course at the Ishan Institute of Law is INR 40,000 per year.
Ishan Institute of Law LLM Admission 2025
The Ishan Institute of Law LLM program is offered in three top majors of Law covering Constitutional Law, Business Law and Criminal Law. The course covers an academic duration of 2 years at the institute, and the fee for the PG course (LLM) at Ishan Institute of Law is INR 50,000.
Students need to hold a bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or BA. LLB degree with a minimum score of 55% from a recognised board to be considered for admission to the Ishan Institute of Law LLM course. Also, for admission to the LLM, students should pass the entrance test conducted by CCS University.

Ishan Institute of Law integrated course is offered in the department of BA LLB with a total duration of 5 years.
