

The IIS (Deemed to be University) assists students in their higher studies through a wide range of scholarships offered by the University. Eligible students receive scholarships from the Government, funding central agencies like UGC, the Social Justice and Empowerment Department, the Commissionerate College Education, ICSSR, etc.
IIS University offers scholarships and fee concessions based on academic merit, financial need, entrance-exam performance, disability, sports achievements and other categories. However, some programmes are not eligible for the university's scholarships.
Programmes Not Eligible for IISU Scholarships
Graduates who are willing to enroll in the programmes given below are not eligible to apply for the IISU Scholarship schemes.

The Early Bird Scholarship provided by IISU is a one-time scholarship that can be availed with any other scholarship or fee concession availed by the student, as per university norms. Students get an additional 10% concession under the Early Bird Scholarship.
Eligibility for Early Bird Scholarship
To avail the early bird scholarship, candidates need to complete the following eligibility criteria.
Complete registration for a programme offered by IISU on or before May 25, 2026.
Need to pay the first or both applicable fee instalments on or before May 31, 2026.
The Early Bird Scholarship can be availed in addition to another eligible scholarship or fee concession. It provides a 10% concession on both the first and second instalments.
The Merit Scholarship provided by IISU on the basis of the performance of candidates in their qualifying examinations or qualifications. Candidates who have secured a minimum of 60% of marks or equivalent CGPA in the higher qualification are eligible to avail Merit-Based Scholarship. Open-board/open-university qualifications are excluded under this scheme.
UG Merit Scholarship
Under UG Merit Scholarship, students get fee concession based on the Class 12 marks in the main five subjects. Candidates can check the marks required and fee concessions from the table given below.

Merit-Based Scholarship Duration
This scholarship applies only to Installments I and II of the fees. It will continue throughout the programme and will be renewed every year, subject to the student meeting the prescribed renewal criteria and conditions.
Candidates who are seeking admission in any of the programmes offered by IISU need to fill and submit the admission form (Online/Offline) along with the mentioned documents. There is no requirement to fill out a separate scholarship form.

For supporting and helping the students who belong to financially backward backgrounds and have lost one or both parents, the IIS (Deemed to be University) Jaipur has designed an IISU EduSure Support Programme (IESP). Under this programme, students get access to different scholarship schemes like:
A. IISU Support Scholarship
Under the IISU Support Scholarship, students get a 50% waiver on the first and second instalments if:
Students have lost both parents before admission to IISU Jaipur.
Candidates who lost both parents while studying at IISU can also apply for this scholarship scheme.
The income of the family must be less than INR 3,00,000 annually.
B. IISU Partial Support Scholarship
Under this scholarship scheme, candidates get a 25% waiver on 1st and 2nd fee installments if they:
Lost their earning parent before admission at IISU and candidates who lost their parent while studying at the university are also eligible.
Annual family income is less than INR 3,00,000.
Students seeking admission in the UG and PG programmes offered by this educational institution can fill out the admission form online as well as offline along with the scholarship form. In addition to this, candidates need to submit the following documents.
Valid income proof, such as: Income Certificate issued by a competent authority, i.e., Tehsildar/ Gazetted officer / Mayor /BDO / Sarpanch/ Parshad.
Copy of the death certificate(s) of the parent(s).
Self-attested copies of Marksheets/ Gradesheets of all exams passed (X\& XII /\& Graduation)

The scholarship requires approval from the Chancellor's Office after the complete application and supporting documents are received.

The IIS (Deemed to be University) offers a scholarship scheme for the specially-abled students. Under this scheme, the IISU provides two levels of support and candidates can check the information about this scholarship scheme below.
High Disability Support: Students with 75% or more disability can get 20% fee waivers on the first and second installments.
Moderate Disability Support: Candidates with 40% to 74.99% disability can get a 15% waiver on the 1st and 2nd installments of fees.
Eligibility for Specially-Abled Scholarship scheme
Applicable for students with 40% to 75% disability supported by a valid disability certificate issued by a competent State/National Government hospital or authorized medical board, in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India.
The IIS (Deemed to be University) provides scholarships to students with recognised sports achievements and who have represented India at the national as well as International level.
A. International-Level Representation
Students who have represented India in recognised bodies like the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, SAI, IOA or FSU can receive a 50% fee waiver.
B. Sportsperson with National Recognition
Candidates who achieved winner/runner-up positions in Zonal/All India Inter-University Tournament (AIU) or School Games Federation of India (SGFI)/ KVS / NVS / IPS National / Sainik School National Tournament can receive a 25% waiver on Installment I & II of fees.
C. Sportsperson with State-Level Recognition
Candidates who have achieved the position of winner and runner-up in Rajasthan State School Games Tournament, CBSE Zonal / Regional/Cluster Tournament, Inter-Collegiate Tournament approved by the University Sports Board and All India Sanskrit Inter-University Tournament can get a 15% fee waiver on the 1st and 2nd installments of fees.
D. Sportsperson with State-Level Recognition
Applicants who have participated in National/Intternational level events organised by recognised bodies like the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, SAI, IOA, FISU, Association of Indian Universities, School Games Federation of India, KVS, NVS, IPS, Sainik Schools, Rajasthan State School Games, CBSE, University Sports Boards, and All India Sanskrit Inter-University Tournaments can get a fee waiver of 10% on the 1st and 2nd installments of fees.
To avail the scholarship, Elite Sportsperson candidates need to fill and submit the IISU Admission form along with the scholarship form and other required documents like:

For admission in UG programmes, sports certificates are considered for competitions held in the previous 2 years.
For admission in PG programmes, sports achievements during the graduation period are considered.
Candidates need to submit certificates along with self-attested copies for verification.
Open competitions such as those organised by District, State, National events, clubs, etc., other than Sports Authority of India/Rajiv Gandhi Khel Abhiyan, Rural Sports, PYAKA, Khelo India, etc., do not qualify for IISU scholarship.
A. IISU Loyalty Bonus/Continuing Education Concession
A 10% loyalty bonus on the 1st and 2nd instalments is available to students who have completed their studies in any course/programme from IISU /IIS Educational Institutions and wish to continue further studies in any programme offered by IISU.
B. Sibling Concession
The University offers a 10% concession on the Installment I & II of fees to one of the siblings studying in any School/ College of IISU /IIS Educational Institutions, valid as long as both siblings are enrolled. The concession may continue even after the passing out of one sibling at the discretion/ approval of the Chancellor, provided that an application for consideration by the chancellor made.
C. Concession for wards of IISU Faculty/Staff
Wards, spouses, and biological brothers or sisters of faculty or staff members who have completed at least three years of regular service will be eligible for a 25% concession on Installments I and II of the fees if they are studying at IISU or any IIS Educational Institution. This concession will continue as long as the concerned faculty or staff member remains in service with the University or any IIS Educational Institution.
D. IISU Scholarship for Ward of Defence Personned/CRPF
Candidates whose parents are currently employed with or retired from Defence services/CRPF can get a 25% fee concession in the installation of I & II of fees. Candidates need to submit and fill out the IISU admission form along with the scholarship form and the documents given below.

While availing the scholarship from IISU, students must keep the following points in mind:
Multiple scholarships cannot normally be combined. The exception is the Early Bird Scholarship, which can be added to another eligible scholarship/concession.
Students cannot switch/swap scholarship categories.
Scholarship documents must be submitted to the Admission Cell along with the admission form.
Students cannot simultaneously receive another scholarship from another source, including merit scholarships from boards, governments or government agencies.
Students must have a valid address and identity proof.
Scholarship continuation is subject to the prevailing IISU policy.
If a student changes their programme, the scholarship amount may increase or decrease depending on the fee structure of the new programme.
Students who withdraw from the university may have to refund the scholarship amount on a pro-rata basis for the remaining course duration.
Original documents/Transfer Certificate may be withheld until outstanding dues are cleared.
No semester or academic-year drop is permitted for continuation, except medical cases that may be considered with valid proof and management approval.
Required academic performance must be achieved in the first attempt.
Scholarship benefits are generally divided equally between the first and second fee instalments (50% each), subject to payment of applicable fees and dues without late fees.
Candidates can continue to get the scholarship from the 2nd year onwards depending on the studentβs academic performance, attendance, and other university requirements. The key renewal conditions are:
Candidates must have scored at least 60% marks or 6.0 CGPA.
Candidates must not have any backlogs in (CA and Semester/Trimester End Examinations).
Applicants are required to maintain 65% attendance compliance with the universityβs other conditions.
For merit based-scholarship Students must secure a minimum or 70% marks of CGPA of 7.0. In addition to this, candidates need to maintain at least 75% attendance in all academic sessions (theory and practical), and comply with the conditions.
