The Placement Cell of the IISU Jaipur is responsible for the overall planning and execution of career guidance and counselling programs for the students in order to provide ample employment opportunities for the graduates and postgraduates of the University.
It arranges various workshops and expert talks and invites companies of repute to the campus for recruitment. Some of the well known and regular recruiters are HDFC, ICICI, Indigo, Deloitte, Genpact, Ernst & Young, Deutsche Bank, and BMW.
Students benefit from alumni counseling programs, where experienced graduates brief the newly qualified graduates of insight into the industry and provide invaluable career guidance. In addition to traditional placement activities, IISU Jaipur is considered a university that emphasizes practical learning through summer internships and live projects that provide the students necessary first hand experiences about the industry.

IIS Placement cell strengthens students' careers through training and industrial visits. The placement cell also acts as a crucial part for the success of students in achieving their desired placements in the job market. This dedicated placement cell works to ensure two things which are good opportunities for placement for students and growing strong partnerships with industry leaders in wide-ranging fields.
The university’s placement record of 2024 reflects promising outcomes from past statistics. The highest package offered has been INR 15 LPA, with an average package ranging from INR 3 to 5 LPA. Large recruitment companies include Amazon, Accenture, Capgemini, Grow, Reliance, Axis Bank, Genpact, ITC Hotel, Jaro, Hyperfox, TCS, Deloitte, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The overall placement rate of the IIS deemed to be university was 95% with more than 150+ recruitment companies in all courses.
The IIS University gives the students hands-on experience in the corporate world through Internships. These internships are scheduled every year in the summer break. The students go for 30 days internships during their winter break and 45 days internship in their summer break. However, some students also take the internships post their class time table.
The students have been doing their summer project under various corporate houses in Jaipur and outside. The pre-final year students are all ready to have a peek into the corporate world. The summer internships are undertaken under various Departmental Heads in different corporate houses of multiple industries.
