IIS University’s fee structure varies from INR 89,985 to INR 3,46,800.

Apart from regular courses and subjects at UG and PG levels, IISU offers career oriented vocational programmes to meet the requirements of various professional fields. Candidates pursuing UG or PG programmes are eligible to take up these courses simultaneously. The course opted for should be different from the Elective(s) taken up for the undergraduate programme.

The IIS Deemed to be University provides UG programs over a diverse range of courses such as BBA, BCA, B Com, BSc, etc. UG programs are available for different aims like Academic and professional with several special programs. The degree of Bachelor of Vocation (B.Voc.) has been designed taking into consideration the requirements of the industry by focusing on a more practical, hands-on training rather than theoretical knowledge aiming to provide adequate skills required for a particular vocation.

UGC has launched a scheme for skill development-based higher education as part of University education, leading to the B.Voc. degree, with multiple exits at Certificate/Diploma/Advanced Diploma level, under the National Skills Qualification Framework.
