IIM Ranchi IPM program, also known as the Integrated Programme (BBA-MBA) in Management. The program was launched in 2019, and it is a five-year integrated program. If a student who exits after three years, they will be awarded a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree.
The IPM course is a fully three year residential program, and it is divided into nine terms. Students have to complete a SIIP (Social Internship Immersion program) after the fifth term. Furthermore, students are assessed at the end of the third year, and they must have a minimum of 4.5 CGPA so that they can be promoted to the MBA program.
