The Indian Institute of Management offers the Integrated Programme in Management (IPM), which is a full-time 5-year integrated postgraduate programme. Students will get the MBA degree once they have completed the 5-year programme. If a student chooses to exit after three years, they will be awarded the BBA degree if they have cleared all the requirements.

The Executive Programme in Management offered by IIM Ranchi is a two-year programme. It is designed for graduates of any discipline with a minimum of three years of experience. The course works in hybrid mode, blending online and residential modules. All the online modules are organised on weekends only.
