IIM Raipur offers a 2-year Executive Master of Business Administration (eMBA) for working professionals. The program is for 24 months and is a blended program, meaning it combines both online and on-campus learning.
The program includes over 1,000 hours of learning, with 900 hours of classroom teaching spread across six terms of four months each. Along with this, there is a mini term that includes a mini dissertation and an integrated business simulation project.

The Post Graduate Programme in Human Resource Management (PGP-HRM) at IIM Raipur is a two-year program divided into six trimesters. It is a blended program with over 1,000 hours of learning, including 945 hours of teaching by IIM Raipur and 135 hours of Masterclasses or Workshops by SHRM. Each term lasts about 3.5 to 4 months.
As part of the program, SHRM India organises special Masterclasses featuring corporate CHROs and experienced HR professionals, which are spread across the two years. The 24-month Executive PGP in HRM (EPGP-HRM) includes six terms, plus these Masterclasses and Workshops. It also has two mandatory on-campus modules, each lasting five days, while the remaining classes are held live online.

The Doctoral Programme in Management (DPM) at IIM Raipur is designed for students who want to do advanced research in the field of management. All students admitted to the DPM program are provided with full financial support for up to four years, which allows them to focus completely on their studies and research without financial restrictions. Phase I: Fundamentals of Management

Nurturing Future Leadership Program: This is a five-day residential programme for those faculties that are coming from centrally funded institutes, Institutes of National Importance, UGC, and AICTE-recognised universities. The mode of classes is offline only.
Entrepreneurship and Skill Development Programme: The Entrepreneurship and Skill Development Programme (ESDP) at IIM Raipur is run in partnership with the Ministry of MSME, Government of India. It offers two free courses. First, a five-day programme for people who want to start their own business and a six-day programme for MSME owners and managers who want to grow their existing businesses. Both programmes are completely free, funded by the MSME’s ESDP scheme.
Post Graduate Certificate Programme & Diploma Programme in Digital Health: The Post Graduate Certificate Programme and Diploma Programme in Digital Health at IIM Raipur, offered in collaboration with the Academy of Digital Health Sciences. Both programmes are conducted online and are structured to allow working professionals to learn at their own pace over a period of about one year (53 weeks).
Executive Leadership Programme for Founders & CEOs (MSMH sector): The programme is designed by IIM Raipur in collaboration with the Academy of Digital Health Sciences to support founders, CEOs, and senior management of Micro, Small & Medium Hospitals (MSMHs).
