The Foundational Courses teach the basics of management, like Economics, Communication, Accounting, Data Analysis, and Business Law. These subjects help participants understand how businesses work.
The Functional Courses focus on main business areas such as Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, and Sustainability. These topics help learners gain practical knowledge about how different parts of a company function.

Participants can also choose elective subjects based on their interests in areas like Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Technology, or Analytics.
The DMP curriculum gives professionals a clear understanding of business management and helps them apply these skills to real-life work situations.
IIMK's MDPs deliver management tools to executives, blending functional strategies with holistic decision-making for real-world impact.
