Pre-Placement Talks: In Pre-Placement Talks the representatives of the particular company share the information about the work profile, insights of their companies, work environment, and more opportunities available for the students in the future. Resume Shortlisting: On the basis of information provided by the companies, interested students can apply for the job roles through the Career Development Services (CDS) office. The resumes of the candidates are shared with the particular company and according to this, the organisation prepares the list of the shortlisted candidates, which has to be shared one week before the final placement interview with CDS.
Placement interview: The shortlisted candidates will be called for the final interviews. The final placement interviews provide the opportunities for the students to discuss the companies as well as the role provided in detail.
Final offers and Acceptance: After the final interview, the company provides the offers, which must be valid and include all the details of the roles, location, remuneration, and all other terms or conditions required by the candidates to decide. The offer is communicated through CDS, which is further discussed by the selected students. The acceptance of the offer must be done as per the placement rules.
