IIIT Una Admission Eligibility Criteria 2025
IIIT Una B.Tech Admission has started for the academic year 2025-26, and the last date for application is 20 July 2025(JoSAA counselling process). Students can apply for the various courses by using the official website. By following some of the basic eligibility criteria, students can easily get admission to IIIT Una.
For the B.Tech program, students must pass Class 12 in PCM with 75%(65% for SC/ST) and a valid JEE Main score
Allocation of seats to the UG program is through JOSAA or CSAB counselling
M.Tech students must have a Bachelor’s degree in B.E./B. Tech with a minimum of 60% marks in the relevant field and a valid GATE score, and the allocation of seats to the M.Tech program through CCMT counselling
A PhD student must have a Bachelor’s degree with 75% or a Master’s degree with 70% marks in the computer field.
Candidates with valid GATE/NET or equivalent national-level test scores are given preference in the selection process for the PhD program.

IIIT Una Scholarship 2025
IIIT Una offers a scholarship based on academic performance and students' category. The main scholarship of the IIIT Una is the Central Sector Scheme for SC students, which covers the full tuition fees for those who belong to the Scheduled Caste category and have a family income is less than INR 8 LPA. IIIT Una provides a scholarship under the National Fellowship. ST students with merit-based admissions can apply for scholarships through the National Scholarship Portal from 2 June to 31 October 2025. The institute will verify applications by 15 November 2025, followed by final Ministry verification.
