IIIT Una PhD admissions have started for the academic year 2025-24, and the last date for the application form is 14 July 2025. For undergraduate courses, students are required to pass Class 12 in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics with 75% (60% for SC/ST categories) marks along with a valid JEE Main score. Seats are allocated to the B.Tech program based on JoSAA and CSAB.
Postgraduate students require an engineering degree (B.E./B.Tech) with at least 60% marks and a valid GATE score. Allocation of seats to the M.Tech program occurs through CCMT counselling rounds.
Doctoral program candidates must hold either a Bachelor's degree with 75% marks or a Master's degree with 70% marks in computer-related fields. Additionally, qualifying scores in GATE/NET or other national entrance tests are compulsory.
