IIIT Sri City has a rich educational environment and state-of-the-art infrastructure. The institute is spread across 80 acres of land. IIIT Sri City provides various facilities to students, including air-conditioned classrooms, library, well-equipped labs, dining services, etc. The classrooms of IIIT Sri City can easily accommodate its students, as the total capacity is around 120. Apart from its classrooms, there is a Student Activity Centre, which provides working spaces for the Student Council and all clubs. The gym for its students is set up in the same building.

IIIT Sri City has two hostel blocks along with a large dining facility. Further, two more hostel blocks of IIIT Sri City are under construction. To maintain hygiene of the food served to the students, IIIT Sri City has a separate committee called “Mess Committee”.
