2. Job Details Shared with Students: The Training and Placement Office shares job information like the role, salary, and company name with students in a private group. Interested Students can apply for the job.

3. Sharing Student Resumes: The names and resumes of students are shared with the participating companies, and the companies shortlist the eligible candidates.

4. Company Visit & Tests/Interviews: Companies visit the campus on an allotted date to conduct tests and/or interviews as part of their selection process.

5. Result Declaration: After interviews, the company gives the list of selected students, preferably on the same day.

6. Offer Letter Process: The Placement Office helps in getting the offer letters signed and ensures that the selected students join the company on time.
