IIIT Guwahati fee structure for various courses depends on the specialisations. Many components are included in the fee structure of the IIIT Guwahati, such as Tuition Fee, Institute Caution Money, Hostel Rent, etc. Mess charges per semester for the BTech and MTech students at IIIIT Guwahati are INR 16000 per semster, whereas for the PhD students, the mess charge is INR 4000 per month.
IIIT Guwahati Fees
The semester fee for the MTech program at IIIT Guwahati is based on the specialisations. For the on-campus MTech program, the annual tuition fee for the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) and Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) streams is INR 1,34,750 and INR 1,09,750, respectively. Whereas, for the online MTech program, the total fee is INR 4,20,000 for the CSE stream.
