Apart from this, to provide field exposure to industry, Jigyasa University also offers internship support to its students. Jigyasa (Himgiri Zee) University Placement Process

The Training and Placement Cell at Jigyasa University works closely with companies to make the campus recruitment process easy and efficient. From calling the recruiter to announcing the final selection, every step is well-organised to ensure a smooth experience for both students and employers.

1. Company Invitation: The TIPS invites companies to participate in the campus placement drive. The recruiters and industry connections looking to hire students can also directly get in touch with the Training and Placement Officer to share their hiring requirements.

2. Student Profile Sharing: As per the requirements and news of the recruiters or companies, the Training and Placement Cell shares the profiles and details of eligible final-year students who have registered for placements.

3. Recruitment Schedule: After a mutual discussion between the hiring company and the T&P cell,  a convenient date for the campus placement drive is finalised. 

4. Pre-Placement Talk: Before the placement process begins, the hiring company is allowed to conduct a pre-placement talk in which the recruiters describes about the job roles, career opportunities, and selection process. 

5. Selection Process: After the pre-placement talks, the company conducts placement drives in different stages, which include:

• Aptitude Test

• Technical Test

• Group Discussion (GD)

• Personal Interview (PI)

6. Final Selection: After completing all the recruitment rounds, the company is requested to announce and submit the final list of selected students on the same day, ensuring a quick and transparent hiring process.
