The Goel Group of Institutions Lucknow provides admissions in the fields of Engineering, Pharmacy, Management, Commerce, Fine Arts, and Medical Sciences across different levels in undergraduate, postgraduate, and diploma programmes. Students who want to pursue admission in any of the courses offered in the academic year 2026-27 can apply for admission to the institute, as the admissions are ongoing. However, for admission to the institute, a candidate will have to fulfil the required qualification criteria, which are set by the Goel Group of Institutes.
For admission to undergraduate programs, a candidate must pass Class 12/Intermediate from an approved board. For admission to the UG courses, the qualifying percentage for subjects such as BBA and BCA is 50% for GEN/OBC and other categories, such as SC/ST, the minimum required percentage is 45%. For the courses BVA/BFA and B.Com, the qualifying mark is 40% for GEN/OBC/MIN applicants and 33% for SC/ST candidates. However, a minimum of 60% marks is required for admission into B.Com (Honours).
Undergraduate Eligibility Criteria:
For admission to the B.Tech course, Physics and Mathematics are compulsory subjects for (Biotechnology) with a minimum 45% marks for GEN/OBC/MIN category and 40% for SC/ST candidates.
B.Tech Civil, Mechanical, CS & Allied, Electronics, and Electrical courses require Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects with minimum percentage criteria.
For the B.Pharm program, Physics and Chemistry are compulsory subjects, as are Mathematics and Biology, with a minimum 45% marks for GEN, OBC, MIN category and 40% for SC/ST candidates.
The qualifying criteria for D.Pharm admissions are Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology with a minimum 35% marks for all categories.
For the B.Pharm Lateral Entry program, students need to have a 2 years Diploma in Pharmacy with a minimum 50% marks for GEN, OBC, MIN category and 45% for SC, ST category.
However, admission to the BAMS course is only through NEET Counselling.
Postgraduate Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for MBA admission, students must hold a graduation degree in any stream by securing at least 50% marks for GEN/OBC/MIN and 45% for SC/ST candidates.
Admission to M.Pharm courses requires a B.Pharm degree with a minimum of 55% marks.
For M.Tech courses in CSE, EC, ME, BT, EE, EV, and Structural Engineering courses, candidates need a B.E./B.Tech. Tech degree or equivalent from a recognised university with 50% marks for GEN/OBC/MIN and 45% for SC/ST candidates.
Admission to the Diploma in Engineering needs successful completion of High School in any branch with 35% marks.
