GNIOT Group of Institutions Placement Process 

Each year, the GINOT Group of Institutions prepares for the placement drive, starting from sending invites to the companies to participate in the placement drive to providing offer letters to the selected students. Below is a brief explanation of the placement process at GNIOT:

• Inviting Companies for the Placement Process: Once the placement process starts, the placement cell sends invites to companies to participate in the placement drive. If they are ready to participate, the placement cell will organise pre-placement talks for them. 
• Pre-Placement Talks: Companies that accept the invitation can participate in the pre-placement drive and tell students more about their company culture, job description, and vacancies that are present in the company. 
• Student Registration: Students who fulfill the eligibility criteria can fill out the registration form at the placement cell after the pre-placement talks. 
• Resume Preparation: Students who have registered can send their professional resume, which highlights their academic accomplishments, projects, and internships that they have done. 
• Selection Rounds: The companies will organise Aptitude tests, group discussions, technical interviews, and HR interviews as part of the selection process. 
• Final Selection and Start Offer Letters: Students who are selected will be offered letters, and they need to take part in the onboarding process.
