GNIOT Group of Institutions Overview
GNIOT Group of Institutions also known as Greater Noida Institute of Technology, is one of the premier institutes located in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and was established in 2001. GNIOT is approved by various renowned organisations such as AICTE, Pharmacy Council of India, Nursing Council of India, Ministry of HRD, etc. The institute has been accredited by NAAC with “Grade A+” in 2023.

GNIOT Group of Institutions Admission 2026
GNIOT Group of Institutions offers courses such as B.Tech, BBA, PGDM, MBA, GNM, B.Pharm, BSc in Computer Science, B.Com, and more. It has an affiliation with AKTU, Lucknow, and approvals from AICTE, CCS University, Meerut, CBSE, New Delhi, and more. Admission to these courses is based on merit and entrance exam scores.
Candidates who qualify for the eligibility criteria set by the institute are eligible to apply to their desired course. For UG programs, students must have completed Class 12, while admission to the PG programs requires a bachelor’s degree. GNIOT Group of Institutions Admission Eligibility Criteria 2026
For UG Courses
Candidates who want to get admission into any of the UG courses should fulfill the eligibility criteria as mentioned below:
BBA: Completion of Class 12 with a minimum of 45% is required.
B.Tech: Students must have completed Class 12 with at least 45% marks with Physics, Chemistry, and Maths as compulsory subjects, and BioTech, Tech Vocation/ Biology, as one of the additional subjects. (40% marks for reserved students).
BCA: Candidates opting for the BCA course will require a minimum of 45% marks in Class 12 (40% required for reserved categories).
LLB: Candidates applying for this course need to have a minimum of 45% marks, 42% for the OBC category, and 40% for the SC/ST category in a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institute/ university.
For PG Courses
MBA: For MBA, a minimum requirement is either a BBA or an equivalent 3-year Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50%. Candidates belonging to reserved categories will require 45%.
MTech: Applicants who wish to pursue MTech must hold a BE/ BTech with a minimum of 60% or an equivalent CGPA.
MCA: To pursue MCA, an applicant needs to have a BCA/ Bachelor's Degree in CSE or an equivalent Degree with at least 50% (45% for SC/ST). Candidates can also apply if they hold a BSc, BCom, BA, or have passed Class 12th in Maths with a required minimum percentage of 50% or 45% in case a student belongs to the reserved category.
For Diploma Courses
D Pharma: The candidates must have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 50%, including English as one of the subjects, and either Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, or completed a 3-year degree course in Science.
For Integrated Courses
BBA+MBA and BCA+MCA: Candidates must have completed Class 12th from a recognised board with a minimum of 50% marks.

GNIOT has an excellent placement track that is visible in the institute's collaboration with prominent companies of India and the World. In the recent placement season, the highest salary package at the international level was INR 70 LPA.
On the other hand, the domestic highest salary package stood at INR 27.25 LPA. While the average salary package was INR 7.25 LPA and some of the top firms that took part in the placement drive include KPMG, Microsoft, Cognizant, McKinsey, Infosys, Paytm, HCL, Dell, etc.
GNIOT Group of Institutions Scholarships
GNIOT Group of Institutions provides a number of scholarships to its students based on academic performance, financial need, gender diversity, children of paramedical or personnel force, sports, etc. These scholarships are the KLG Sambal Scholarship, KLG Ashirwad Scholarship, KLG Medhavi Protsaahan Scholarship, and KLG Arjun Scholarship.
KLG Sambal Scholarship: This scholarship is given to students whose father or earning parent died during COVID-19. The recipient will get financial assistance of INR 20,000 to INR 30,000.
KLG Medhavi Protsaahan Scholarship: Students who have performed exceptionally well in their Class 12th or Graduation will be eligible for this scholarship. This scholarship is further divided into three categories:
Students who have scored 85% in their Bachelor’s or 90% in their Class 12th will be eligible for an award amount of INR 20,000 to INR 50,000.
Students who have scored 80% to 89% in Class 12th or have obtained 75% to 84% in a Bachelor’s will be awarded an amount of INR 15,000 to INR 25,000.
Candidates who qualify Class 12th with a minimum of 75% to a maximum of 79% or have a qualifying score of a minimum of 70% and 74% in a Bachelor’s degree will be awarded INR 10,000 to INR 15,000. The provided amount will differ depending on the course.
KLG Arjun Scholarship
Students who have represented India in International Competitions, namely the Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games, and Asian Games, will be eligible for INR 50,000 in the first year of B.Tech.
Or students who have secured 1st, 2nd, 3rd rank in National level sports, cultural, tech fest, and events will be eligible for INR 30,000 in the first year of B.Tech.
Students who have won 1st, 2nd, and 3rd rank in State-level sports, cultural, tech fest, and events will be eligible for INR 20,000 in the first year of B.Tech.
NOTE: Candidates can avail of only one scholarship at a time. The scholarship will be valid for the first year. Additionally, students studying in different courses will be awarded different scholarship amounts, provided they fulfill the eligibility criteria of that particular course.
