The Flame University believes in creating future leaders. The enrolled students are promised a well-deserved placement by the university. The university has collaborated with the top-notch industrial names, FCB Group, Palmonas, Axis AMC, Bajaj Allianz, Bajaj Finserv, HDFC Bank, and ICICI Prudential Life. The placement cell also works proactively to increase the number of collaborations with some of the top companies in India.
The placement cell also conducts mock interviews and workshops for students so that they can learn how to build a resume, and provides career counseling to help them understand how to work in a corporate environment. The Flame University proudly claims 96% and 100% of MBA and MBA (Communication Management), students have been placed across various sectors and industries.

Whereas the highest package received by a student in MBA (Communication Management) is 8.64 LPA, and the average package is INR 7.65 LPA.
