Career Development & Skill Enhancement

The placement cell organises various personality development programs, soft skills & communication training, mock interviews and motivational workshops. It also organises aptitude & technical training that focuses on logical reasoning, quantitative skills and domain knowledge. 

Industry Engagement & Practical Exposure

Students who are pursuing various courses at this Institute get to do Internships & Apprenticeships in some of the leading hospitals, such as Apollo, Fortis, Tata Hospitals and research institutions. 

They also do some sort of summer training to get hands-on industry exposure. Additionally, they complete a project or do a dissertation so that they can understand more about their preferred domain.

Inviting the Colleges for the Placement Drive

The Placement Cell prepares a list of companies that have appeared for the previous placement drive and sends them invitations for the upcoming drive. 

Accepting or Rejecting the Offer

Once the companies receive the invitations, it is up to them to accept or reject the invitation. If companies accept the invitations, they must inform the college.

Pre-Placement Talks

The Institute organises pre-placement talks for all the companies that are appearing for the placement drive. During these talks, the companies tell more about the company culture, job opportunities, and more. Interested students can register themselves with the placement cell to be a part of the selection process organised by the Companies. 

Attending the Selection Process

Candidates who have registered for the placement drive can take part in the participating companies' selection processes. These include technical interviews, written tests, group discussions, and HR rounds. 

Creating A List of Selected Students

Once the selection process is over, the companies hand over the list of selected students and the offer letters to the placement cell. Selected students must accept or reject the offer letter within the given timeline.
