DMIMS has a placement cell whose aim is to train students so that they can be successful in the placement drive and get employed in some of the most reputable companies in the country. It also provides internships, such as a compulsory rotating internship program as a part of the MBBS curriculum.
Furthermore, the placement cell also helps enhance students' knowledge through various sessions and helps them choose the right career path for them. Some of these sessions include mock interviews, resume writing, skill development sessions, and aptitude test preparations.
The DMIHER placement report for the year 2025 has not been released yet, but according to the NIRF 2025 report, the median package for the MBBS stands at INR 14.4 LPA. Additionally, a total of 141 students out of 195 students received placements from the MBBS 2024 batch. Whereas, for the courses such as BDS & MD, the median package offered was INR 7.8 LPA and INR 11.4 LPA, respectively. A total of 60 students out of 75 students had received job offers from the BDS batch 2024. Whereas for the MDS batch of 2024, out of 33 students, 26 were placed.
There is no mention of the placement reports of previous years, so here is a brief explanation of the placement report 2024. According to the report, the median package for UG (3 years) and PG (2 years) students was INR 6 LPA and 14.4 LPA. Additionally, some of the top recruiters who had taken part in the placement drive are HCL, Shriram Finance, Mankind, Aditya Birla Retail, Cipla, Ajanta Pharma, Amazon, Alkame, Max Healthcare, Axis Bank, Abbott Healthcare, Puma, Tech Mahindra, HCL, Fortis, Meditab, Wipro, Lenskart, Infosys, IBM, and Apollo.

A total of 311 students have been placed for the 3-year UG course for the 2024 batch.
