Darshan University has always been in its position to ensure that it establishes successful career paths for its students. The Training and Placement (T&P) Cell is an active interface between the academic and the professional world at the university. It gives students the power to gain industry-related knowledge, gain confidence and be ready to face the challenges in the real world with a variety of organised training programs. This comprises soft skills programs, aptitude training (such as Vedic Maths and reasoning), group discussions, mock interviews and email writing workshops that would help in grooming job-ready professionals.
In addition to placements, the T&P Cell also provides career guidance in higher education, and preparation for government exams, organising expert talks and seminars. The department is in close touch with the HR representatives of well-known companies, which guarantees opportunities both to final year students and alumni.
