Darshan University Eligibility Criteria
Undergraduate (UG) Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for Undergraduate (UG) programs at Darshan University, the applicants should have completed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised board. For B.Tech, candidates should have studied Physics and Mathematics with at least 45% marks (40% in case of SC/ST/SEBC/EWS). In case of programs such as BCA, BBA, B.Com, and B.Sc (General/Hons), the candidate must have passed Class 12 in any stream with English as one of the subjects.
Postgraduate (PG) Eligibility Criteria
To seek admission in Postgraduate (PG) programs at Darshan University, the candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field of study from a recognised university with at least 50% marks (45% in the case of reserved categories). In the case of an MBA, students of any stream can apply, and they are selected based on CAT, MAT, CMAT scores, or through direct admission. The M.Tech candidates have to possess a B.E./B.Tech degree in a similar course, and they might need to have a valid GATE score, or they can appear in the university-level selection. In case of MCA, the qualification required is a BCA or a Bachelor's degree with Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science. Graduates of any stream are accepted into the MA Yoga.
PhD Eligibility Criteria
The PhD candidates should possess a Master's level degree in a related field with 55% marks (5% concession to SC/ST/OBC/PwD). The process of admission involves admission through a written entrance examination and a personal interview. The UGC guidelines exempt the written examination for candidates with NET, GATE, SLET, JRF, or M.Phil.

The admission is done under the ACPC Gujarat (State Quota) or under the Direct Admission within the Management Quota. The B.Tech program tuition fee is INR 72,000 per semester.

At Darshan University, students can do a 3-year diploma program as well, right after passing Class 10th. The diploma program is offered in various Engineering disciplines such as Computer Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. The eligibility criteria for admission in the Diploma program are passing Class 10th with English and Mathematics as mandatory subjects. Admission to the Diploma program is done through state quota or by direct admission. Students must have to pay INR 80,000 as semester fee for Computer Engineering, whereas, fees for Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering diploma courses are INR 35,000 per semester.

Darshan University offers PhD programs in several specialisations, including Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Management and Commerce, and Microbiology. For PhD programs admission, students must have a master’s degree with 55% marks, for reserved categories, there is a 5% relaxation. PhD program admission process includes a written entrance exam and an interview. Students who have a valid score of NET, GATE, SLET, JRF, or who have M.Phil degree are not required to take the university written entrance exam. For admission to the PhD program, students have to pay a one-time admission fee of INR 1500, and the tuition fee is INR 34,500 per semester.
