Chanakya Academy is a private institute located at Ring Road No. 1, near Sarona Bridge, Tatibandh Raipur, Chhattisgarh, pin code 492099. This college is the first vocational institute in the region for Fashion and Interior Design, opened in Chattishgarh and was established in 1993 as the first English medium college in BBA program. Also, it is the first Community College in Chhattisgarh under the IGNOU Scheme in 2010. The institute is recognised as an NGO by Niti Aayog in 2018 and approved as a Training Partner under DDU-GKY. The Chanakya Academic got approval of AICTE in 2025 and established a dedicated department of Artificial Intelligence in the same year. It is affiliated with CSVTU (Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University).
The Chanakya Academy is a multidisciplinary institute that offers an undergraduate B.Des program, a 4-year course duration with an annual academic fee of INR 1.15 lakh. The Bachelor of Design program is designed to enhance visual thinking, creative models and user interface/user experience of students. The BCA and BBA courses are of a 3-year programme and have an annual fee of INR 75,000. The BBA program helps students to get a job in various management-based domains like Data Analytics, Finance, Marketing, etc. The BCA focuses on developing skills of software development, programming, cloud computing and more.
The Chanakya Academy also offers certification and post-graduation diploma courses in Artificial Intelligence of 6-months and 12-months respectively in response to the high demand of AI skills in today’s industrial needs.
