Candidates applying for diploma, 1-year post-graduate diploma, and 4-year B.Des, and 3-year BBA and BCA programmes must have passed class 12 from a recognised state or central board or any equivalent examination. The candidates will be selected on the basis of merit and academic qualifications. The candidate has to fill up the admission form and attach the required educational certificates and supporting documents. 

The following documents are required for admission to any of the courses on offer: Mark sheet or Degree certificate of the qualifying exam, ID card and address proof, Migration certificate, Character certificate and Aadhar card.

Chanakya Academy Raipur has set specific eligibility conditions for admission to its undergraduate, diploma, post-graduate diploma, certifications and short-term courses. Candidates must meet specific eligibility requirements to apply for admission.

Candidates applying for a B.Des. program must meet the eligibility criteria which is passing the 10+2 class and securing an appropriate grade from a recognised educational board. These undergraduate programs are designed for students looking to create a career in fields like fashion, UI/UX, product, or graphic design.

The eligibility criteria for the management course BBA and the engineering course BCA, require candidates to have completed their 12th standard recognised by an educational board. Both of these courses are AI-integrated, which heavily focus on practical and career-oriented skills.

The college also provides diploma and short-term courses for students who desire specialised training or a certain skill set related to Fashion Design, Interior Design, and Film Making, so that they can work in the industry of their choice. Candidates who wish to apply for a Certification program within the field of Artificial Intelligence must complete a 10+2 class from a recognised educational board.

Chanakya Academy is currently accepting applications for admission into B.Des. a full-time course of 4-year, BBA and BCA, which are the 3-year full-time courses in undergraduate degree programmes. The candidate must fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria laid down by the Chanakya Academy to these courses. The candidate must have passed 10+2 education from a recognised board to be eligible for admission to any of these programmes. 

Applicants have to complete the admission application process and submit the required admission documents to apply for admission. Those who fulfil the eligibility criteria will be offered admission to the college. The admissions are on a first come first served basis along with merit and applicable reservation norms as guidelines maintained by the state government. To ensure that seats are reserved to enable successful candidates to proceed with their studies, students will be required to pay their academic fees (per semester), upon acceptance of their seats in this programme. The annual fee for B.Des is INR 1.15 lakh, and the annual fees for BBA and BCA are INR 75,000.

Eligible applicants for admission into the BBA degree program must pass Class 12 from a recognized educational board. A decision regarding acceptance into Chanakya Academy programs is made on the basis of fair merit in compliance with AICTE guidelines of the Chhattisgarh state government. The final admission is carried out through the procedure of its affiliated university, Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University (CSVTU).

Applications may be submitted by filling out the submission of all prior class 12 educational documents with other required documents. 

Once the College has verified that all documentation has been received from and is acceptable by the applicant, through receipt of satisfactory passing of their class 12 as a minimum qualifying standard and have met all of the necessary entry requirements.
