BFIT Group of Institutions Admission Eligibility Criteria 2025
BFIT Group of Institutions offers Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Diploma programs in fields such as Science, Health, Management and Technology. Most of the undergraduate courses, including B.Sc, BMLT, BPT, B.Optometrist, Nursing, Pharmacy and Hotel Management require the students to have passed Class 12 with relevant subjects and secured at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST). Prior nursing qualification is required for vocational Diploma courses like GNM and Post-Basic Nursing.
PG courses, such as MSc in Physics, Botany, Microbiology, Chemistry, Zoology, Agronomy, Food Technology and Horticulture, MPTM/MMLT require a relevant bachelor’s degree (with at least 50 per cent marks (45 per cent in SC/ST). Management courses such as BBA, BCA, MHA and MPH require Class 12 or graduation in the relevant subject with the same minimum marks. This ensures students are eligible for their chosen programs.

BFIT Group of Institutions Scholarships 2025
The Dehradun-based BFIT Group of Institutions offers merit scholarships to students who excel in their qualifying exams. These scholarships can be offered during Diploma, UG and PG courses and are aimed at reducing tuition fees based on performance, sports, residency or extracurricular activities and social services. Thus, students securing 65-75% marks can be given a 15 per cent fee waiver, and those securing 95-100% marks can be given free education. Scholarships are also provided to natives of Uttarakhand, sports achievers and students involved in NCC, NSS or other social service programs.
The amount of scholarship depends on the marks/CGPA of Class XII or graduation degree, and the tuition fee waiver is calculated as per specific criteria. Scholarships are not valid until they are available, and documents are verified, and the authority reserves the right to change policies (if required). To be eligible, students must submit the required certificates during the application process. These scholarships not only help reduce financial burden but also encourage academic excellence, overall development, and participation in extracurricular and social activities.
