BENNETT University Scholarships are offered on a merit basis of up to 50% to its eligible students. The purpose of a scholarship is to provide financial support to students who have the desire for learning. BENNETT University scholarship is based on a first-come, first-served basis for students. However, there is a rule that if a student qualifies for the higher scholarship but the seats of that category are fulfilled in any circumstance, then the university considers the next best level scholarship to the student, which is totally based on the eligibility and the score.

BENNETT University offered scholarships under B.Tech in Artificial Intelligence with a scholarship range of up to 100%. For that, students must maintain a CGPA of 8.5 on a 10-point scale, with no backlogs and a well-maintained disciplinary record.

The university offers scholarships to the B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering students, with a scholarship range from 10% to 50%. To achieve this scholarship, students need to maintain a CGPA of 8.5 on a 10-point scale, with no backlogs.
