Bennett University Placement follows a rolling process that begins every September. This means companies can visit the campus at different times throughout the year, making the schedule flexible to suit their needs. The process generally includes student registration, company presentations, selection rounds such as tests or interviews, and finally, job offers to successful candidates. Students then join the organisations as per the agreed timelines. The Bennett University Placement Process is based on certain criteria, with the placement process as follows:
Companies that are participating in the recruitment drive have to inform the university about their requirements for a particular job role and the eligibility of that role.
Students must know about the placement policies of the university placement committee. Afterwards, students have to make their decision based on their preference of choices for various specialisations.
After selecting a preference specialisation, students have to share their Resume with the university committee, and those resumes of interested and eligible students are shared forward to recruiting organisations.
The candidate who got selected by the respective recruiting company got to be informed about their selection, which is followed by the selection process that includes a personal online assessment, a telephone interview, a Group discussion, and multiple rounds of interviews, depending on the company's preference, which can vary.
Students are required to go to either the company office or the campus location for final placement talks.
After the pre-placement talks by the company to the students, they have an option to withdraw his/her candidature. Once a placement process starts, students will not be allowed to withdraw his/her name.
Shortlisted candidates must have arrived for the interview round. Absence of any students will result in a prohibition from the selection process.
Students who are appearing for multiple recruiting companies must accept the first offer and then join the company.
If any candidate from the university gets placed as a pre-placement offer (PPO) from the organisation, they will be considered as campus placed, and they will not be further eligible for the university selection process.
