Arya College of Engineering & IT has a systematic and well-organised placement process that helps the students to get their desired job opportunities by preparing them. There are several stages in the process.

1. Pre-Placement Talk (PPT): Students get to know about the company, job roles and important details about the recruitment process. These sessions are held in a modern air-conditioned auditorium with audio-visual facilities and seating for around 700 students.

2. Aptitude Test: Students appear for a written or online aptitude test where their logical, numerical and problem-solving skills are evaluated. The college has facilities to conduct online tests for up to 2,000 students at a time.

3. Group Discussion (GD): Shortlisted students take part in group discussions to analyse their other soft skills like communication, teamwork, confidence and ability to express ideas clearly.

4. Personal Interview (PI): This is the final stage of selection. Recruiters evaluate the candidate's skills, knowledge and suitability for the job role, and make the final decision. The company also have a Salary discussions with the selected candidates and provides them with the offer letter.
