Candidates must have passed Class 12 or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) with at least 45% marks to apply for B.Tech admission. For Rajasthan SC/ST, Non-Creamy Layer OBC and Non-Creamy Layer MBC candidates, the minimum marks requirement is 40%.
